Breaded fish sticks


1 serving of fish fillet
Catfish fillet (or any other fish with a firm flesh)

2 tablespoons of grainy rye flour (100% pure rye)
1 lime
Salt and pepper
2 tablespoons of olive oil or coconut oil


Add salt, pepper and parsley to the flour. Cut the fish fillets into bars and turn them over the rye flour. Put the fish sticks in hot oil until they’re golden on both sides. Add the cut lime with the ready fish sticks.
